Doctor Sleep by Stephen King unsurprisingly joins the list of most sold Amazon books between Nov. 10 and 16. Here’s the full list.

It’s not surprising to hear that Stephen King’s Doctor Sleep made its way to the list of most sold Amazon books between Nov. 10 and 16. Just where did it place?

When movies based on books are released, it’s often to find the book make its way to the most sold list for any company. Amazon is no different. Doctor Sleep was just released in theaters at the weekend, and of course, viewers wanted to know what the book was like (whether comparing afterward or reading first).

It won’t likely remain on the list for long, as it did only debut in 18th place. The movie hasn’t been one of the most talked-about, considering the likes of Ford v Ferrari came out the weekend after and Frozen II is just around the corner.

The top of the list certainly saw some movement last week. The Guardians moved back into first place, knocking Blue Moon into second. However, Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Wrecking Ball gets a special mention. The children’s book jumped up 14 places to take over the third spot on the list of most sold Amazon books.

Jojo Moyes dropped two places, as Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward’s novel Dirty Letters debuted in fourth place. That meant Delia Owens’ Where the Crawdads Sing dropped out of the top five for the first time in a year.
