Most read Amazon books last week: Lee Child tops the list
Lee Child tops the list of the most read Amazon books, and there was a fair amount of movement elsewhere. Here’s a look at the list from Nov. 3 to 9.
The list of most read Amazon books of the week saw more movement. Lee Child entered at the top of the list, causing many books to drop at least one spot. It’s time to break down the full list of Nov. 3-9 most read books.
With Child’s entry at the very top, John Grisham and Michael Connelly both dropped a spot. The latest Jack Reacher book is certainly a worthy contender for that top spot, so the drop won’t feel too bad.

However, with the entry and one of the Harry Potter books not moving at all, it did mean that Delia Owens’ Where the Crawdads Sing dropped two spots into seventh place.
That wasn’t the largest drop of the week. Margaret Atwood’s books The Handmaid’s Tale and The Testaments both lost three places on the list.
It wasn’t all bad for the week. A couple of books made their way up the list, with Barbara O’Neal’s When We Believed in Mermaids and Brent Weeks’ The Burning White both jumping up two places. A number of books also remained steady on the list, including Fiona Valpy’s The Dressmaker’s Gift holding onto the last place on the list.
