After a strong entry, The Testaments moves up a space on the list of most sold Amazon books last week. Here’s a complete look at the top 20.

The Testaments got an excellent start on the list of most sold Amazon books a couple of weeks ago. It’s now built upon that start, making it into the top spot on the list.

That does mean The Institute lost a place on the list. The new Stephen King novel dropped just one place, so nothing to grumble about. However, it wouldn’t get to hold the top spot for more than a year like Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens.

More from Amazon Books

As for The Testaments‘ starter book, The Handmaid’s Tale, it would see a small drop. It lost a place, as Guts moved up 12 places from its debut last week! The only new book in the Top 10 is Melinda Leigh’s Save Your Breath, which was also the only new book on the entire list of most read Amazon books last week.

There were four other new books that would make it into the second half of the list. There’s an excellent mixture this week, whether you want comedy, thriller, or the start of a new series of books.

Other big movers include Stephen King’s IT, which lost eight places, and Gregg Olsen’s Lying Next to Me, which lost nine places on the list.
