Creepshow: 3 most twisted moments from Season 1, Episode 3

Creepshow’s third episode offers one of the series worst and one of the best stories from the season at large thus far. Check out the scariest moments.
The third episode of Creepshow is now available to stream on Shudder and it might contain one of the most twisted stories yet. The first half of the episode is a story titled “All Hallows Eve,” about a group of teenagers out trick-or-treating. But it’s not candy that they’re after.
In the second half, we get a strange story about a college student who mistakenly retrieves the wrong suitcase from the airport. Inside the bag he finds a man shoved inside whose pain creates gold. It’s titled “The Man in the Suitcase” and directed by Dave Bruckner (The Ritual).

Of the two new stories, I would say the second was superior to the first and contains far more twisted elements. We’re taking a look at the weirdest moments from episode 3.
3. What lies beneath that ghostly sheet?
In the first story, a group of teenagers seeks revenge for the way they died in the past. “All Hallows Eve” is one of the weaker installments in the series thus far. It’s very predictable. But there is at least one genuinely chilling moment when we see under the ghostly sheet of Skeeter.

The poor child was burned to a crisp along with the other teenagers. Despite the fact these ghosts don’t look injured at all, their true forms are much scarier than that which they present. As a way to horrify one of the bullies they’re exacting vengeance against, Skeeter reveals his true face, with all the flesh burned away.
2. College students take things way too far.
During “The Man in the Suitcase,” a trio of college students allow their greed to get the best of them. When it is discovered that the pretzeled man contained emits gold coins from his mouth whenever he is in excruciating pain, they decide to torture him for days on end.
All three students electrocute, beat, and torment the man to make themselves wealthy. Ultimately, one of the students cannot go through with it anymore so the other two attempt to murder him. The entire episode plays out with surprising amounts of brutality.
1. The man in the suitcase reveals his true identity.
In one of the most surprising twists of the episode, the man in the suitcase evolves into something else entirely. It’s not explicitly explained but it appears the man is really a demon of some kind in disguise.
The creature design is impressive and terrifying. He gets his vengeance on the two remaining students by shoving them into their own suitcases and forcing them into the same torturous confines he was in before.
