Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone moved back up a spot this week on the list of most read Amazon books. Here’s the complete list for Sept. 8 to 14.

It’s another week and that means more movement on the list of most read Amazon books last week. After two weeks of The Order of the Phoenix being in second place, the first Harry Potter book jumped back ahead. Here’s the list of most read books from Sept. 8 to 14.

The first and fifth books weren’t the only Harry Potter books on the move. The Deathly Hallows dropped a spot as J.D. Robb’s new book, Vendetta in Death, debuted in fifth place. The Half-Blood Prince moved up a spot, as Louise Penny’s A Better Man dropped two spots.

Patricia Cornwell is back on the list with her new book Quantum. It debuts in 11th place, but there’s a chance that it will start moving up the list. This is Patricia Cornwell after all!

However, some of the biggest movement was from Gregg Olsen, whose book Lying Next to Me dropped five spots on the list. Mark Edward’s Here to Stay is also a notable mention, as it dropped three spots.

With the release of Testaments, it’s not surprising to see that Margaret Atwood’s The Handmaid’s Tale moved up two spots. Fans want to read the first book before picking up the sequel to June’s story, even if they have seen the TV series.

Another unsurprising reentry is IT from Stephen King. IT Chapter Two was released in theaters last week and fans will want to check out the original source material.

Meanwhile, the bottom of the list sees A Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin holding on. This isn’t all that surprising now that the hype over the TV shows has died down. There is a chance the book will get another boost next week after the Emmys and then later in the year when Season 8 is released on DVD and Blu-ray.
