Last week we got McKay’s backstory. This week the spotlight shifts to his girlfriend, Cassie. Find out how to watch the newest episode of Euphoria live.

The sixth episode of Euphoria was a dark hour of television. From McKay’s assault to Cassie’s humiliation to Nate’s increasingly diabolical presence, there wasn’t much happiness to be found.

Based on the trailer for tonight’s episode, it doesn’t appear things will be lightening up any time soon. For starters, this is the penultimate episode of the season. Next week is the season one finale. Although luckily, the series has already been renewed for a second season.

Unfortunately, HBO didn’t release a synopsis for Episode 7 so all we have to go off of is the trailer. It looks like things are getting even more intense as we move into the final two hours of Season 1.

For starters, we will finally learn about Cassie’s backstory. We might get closure on the pervasive rumors that have been wedging distance between her and McKay, who, for now, appear to still be together.

It also looks like someone could be getting arrested this week. I’m hoping it’s Cal or Nate (or both) but what if it’s Jules? In the photos released for the episode, she is shown boarding a subway.

Could Nate have decided to report her for child pornography like he’s been threatening to do? Could those photos he printed have fallen into the wrong hands?

It also appears that Rue will be going through a difficult time this week. She is shown screaming in the trailer. Is it possible she’s having symptoms of withdrawal? I’ve thought it odd that Euphoria had yet to touch on withdrawal side effects with how realistic they’ve kept everything else.
