The list of most read Amazon books last week saw some movement. Harry Potter moved both up and down, while some newer books got a boost.

There was some boost on the list of most read Amazon books last week, with Harry Potter books moving up and down, A Game of Thrones dipping, and more. Here’s a look at the list from July 7 to 13, 2019.

The most notable mentions have to be the Harry Potter books. Two of the novels moved up into the Top 3 list. However, one remains out of the Top 10 and another is only just hanging on. This isn’t all that surprising. Newer books can get some immediate attention but the books about the Boy Wizard routinely remain as some of the most read books each week.

Meanwhile, A Game of Thrones saw a fall, with some books from last week moving up again. The second book, A Clash of Kings, dropped four places. However, the third book, A Storm of Swords was a non-mover this week, sitting just outside the Top 15.

There was only one new book to make it to the list of most read Amazon books last week. Claire McGowan’s What You Did enter in 17th place. Lisa Gray’s Thin Air reentered the list after previously being knocked out, sneaking into 20th place.
