Every week, Amazon gathers together the list of most sold books through its service. Here are the 20 most sold Amazon books from last week, between June 16 and 22.

Amazon sells millions of books every week, especially when you count the global audience, Audible sales, physical book sales and more. For the last 40+ weeks, one book has stolen the top spot. Would anything be able to knock it off the list of most sold Amazon books between June 16 and 22?

It won’t be all that surprising to hear that Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owena continues to take the top spot on the list. Elizabeth Gilbert’s new release, City of Girls, did get to keep its second place spot but it wasn’t possible to knock off Owens’ novel that has been a strong player for such a long time.

There have certainly been some new arrivals to the list, knocking Good Omens down a few places this week. Mrs. Everything by Jennifer Weiner has jumped straight into the top three, while the third book in the Shadowspell Academy series debuted into fifth place.

Meanwhile, A Game of Thrones dropped eight places from the previous week, but The Handmaid’s Tale reenters the list. These two books moving isn’t all that surprising. With GoT over for the season, it’s possible that the interest in the novel is fading. The Handmaid’s Tale Season 3 has only just begun on Hulu, so the focus will be on that right now.

TV shows based on books tend to create hype around the books. We tend to see at least the first book in a series (if it is a series) make it to “most read” or “most sold” Amazon books and then disappear a few weeks or months after the end of a season.

Here’s a full look at the top 20 Amazon books sold between June 16 and 22. The movement is based on the previous week’s position.
