When is The Best of Enemies on Amazon Video, DVD, and Blu-ray?

There have been many stories of race and compromise, based on true events of the past. The Best of Enemies is one currently out in theaters. Now viewers want to know when they can watch the movie at home. When will The Best of Enemies be on Amazon Video, DVD, and Blu-ray?
We’re looking at about three months from now. The movie was released on Apr. 5 in theaters, and it takes about three months for movies to then come to DVD and Blu-ray. We may be lucky and get the release at the end of June 2019 depending on the Tuesday that’s decided – DVD releases are always on a Tuesday.

As for Amazon Video, Digital copies tend to be released a week or two before the DVD release date. We could see The Best of Enemies available to purchase on Amazon Video in the middle of June 2019. This is just a rough guide.
For those who haven’t heard about it, The Best of Enemies is set in 1971 Durham, North Carolina. After the 1954 Supreme Court ruling that schools would integrate, the residents of the town fight against the decision and town meetings take place to discuss how to move ahead.
Ann Atwater is in support of the integration, champion for Civil Rights. On the opposite side of her is C.P. Ellis, the leader of the Ku Klux Klan of the area, who, as you would expect, is completely against the idea of merging schools. However, the two soon realize that they have far more in common that they would probably want to admit. Can they come together to find the best route forward for the town?
Taraji P. Henson and Sam Rockwell star as the leads in the movie. It was based on “The Best of Enemies: Race and Redemption in the New South” by Osha Gray Davidson and directed by Robin Bissell.
