Hotel Mumbai was released in theaters over the weekend. Many will want to know when they can watch at home. When is Hotel Mumbai on Amazon Video, DVD, and Blu-ray?

While Dumbo was the higher-profile release over the weekend, Hotel Mumbai has certainly impressed. Now many want to know when they can watch it at home. When will Hotel Mumbai be on Amazon Video, DVD, and Blu-ray?

You’ll need to wait a while. The movie has only just been released in theaters, so that means we’re looking at a three-month wait on average. With it being at the end of March, we could see the DVD and Blu-ray release towards the end of June or the beginning of July.

If you just want the Digital copy, you’ll likely be able to pick it up a couple of weeks earlier than the DVD release. We’re looking at June 2019 for that version.

Hotel Mumbai has certainly made waves. Set in Mumbai, India, Lashkar-e-Taiba storms the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel. There’s also a series of attacks throughout the city, causing terror and mayhem everywhere. A brave chef and a kitchen worker decide to work together to protect the people in the hotel, even if it means putting their lives on the line.

Meanwhile, a couple and their newborn are stuck in the hotel. They will need to do whatever it takes to keep their family safe.

There are some mixed reviews from the critics, with Rotten Tomatoes seeing 74% in support of the movie. One of the problems is that some view it as exploitative of real events. Meanwhile, 80% of the audience recommend Hotel Mumbai.
