Amazon has become the home of good TV. Whether it’s through Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Channels, or buying episodes online, you can stream to your heart’s content. So, what about the Fam series premiere that airs tonight?

There’s some good and bad news and I’ll get the bad out of the way. You can’t watch Fam with your Amazon Prime Video membership. However, that doesn’t mean Amazon won’t be useful. Nina Dobrev’s return to TV is on CBS, which means something excellent for Amazon Channels users.

You can get the episodes through CBS All Access. Many shows are streamed live through the service. As I’m not in the U.S., I’m not 100% sure if every single show is aired live but I could see CBS airing the Fam series premiere live at the very least. After all, this is the new comedy the network will want to promote.

If you can’t watch live, there’s still excellent news. All episodes are made available the following day on CBS All Access. You can get the streaming service with limited ads or no ads depending on your budget, and all through Amazon Channels.

Don’t want to sign up to another streaming service? Want to be able to watch with your Amazon account? You can buy the Fam series premiere online. It’s not yet available through Amazon.com, but should be once the episode airs. It can take time for Amazon to add a new show to its listings to buy.

When you buy the episodes, you’re only paying the once. You’ll get to stream as much as you like, even if you cancel your CBS All Access subscription at a later date. It’s a win-win.
