When is Amazon Prime Day 2024?

Every year, Amazon brings us Amazon Prime Day. It’s actually a two-day event, bringing some of the best deals of the year. Yes, some of them are even better than Black Friday.

You do need to be a Prime member to be able to take advantage of the deals unlike with Black Friday deals. However, it’s worth the membership. After all, you’re getting a lot more than the deals. There is the free shipping, the Prime Video subscription, the access to Prime Reading, some of Amazon Music, and much more.

Amazon is yet to announce the date for the next Prime Day 2024. That’s not surprising. We usually get the date a month or two before it to prepare. However, we can make some predictions for now.

When could Amazon Prime Day 2024 happen?

Previous seasons usually see Prime Day happen in July. In 2023, we saw it take place on July 11 and 12. The year before, it took place on July 12 and 13.

Back in 2021, the event took place in June, and we have seen a slightly later July date in the past. However, mid-July seems to be the popular option. It’s after Independence Day, and is a great time for “Christmas in July” sales.

There has only been one year where Prime Day happened outside of the summer. That was in 2020, when it happened in October and was due to being at the height of the pandemic.

So, we’re probably looking at the next Prime Day 2024 taking place around the middle of July. If we had to put a date on it, we’d say around July 9 and 10, as it seems to take place on a Tuesday and Wednesday. We’ll be sure to keep an eye on the official announcement when it happens.
