Upload Season 4 is in production with a grueling schedule

There are a few Amazon shows we’re looking forward to watching in 2025 and 2026. Upload Season 4 is one of them. With recent updates about the filming schedule, it looks like the end of 2025 could be possible.

Upload Season 4 is officially the final season. This is ending on the show’s terms, making sure there is a conclusion to Nathan’s story. It’s only fitting that a series gets to honor its own conclusion, and Amazon has allowed that for a few shows now.

Of course, with the delay in getting the renewal, there have been questions on when we could expect to see the fourth season. Well, there’s a little bit of good news.

Upload Season 4 filming has started

According to Midgard Times, Upload Season 4’s production started on Monday, Aug. 26. We have seen production for this show take two to three months in the past, but that’s not the case with this final season.

Instead, it has a grueling production, with filming set to wrap on Friday, Sept. 27.

What does this mean for the episode count? After all, it took the two to three months to get through seven to eight episodes in a season. Does this mean we’re only getting a four-to-six-episode final season? That’s not all that clear.

It is possible that the end date for production is on the optimistic side. This could be to work for other schedules, especially Robbie Amell, who is a busy man in the world of TV and movies.

Upload Season 4 could arrive in 2025

What the filming schedule does mean is that it’s possible to see the final season toward the end of next year. After production is post-production, and this series takes almost a year to get through post-production due to all the futuristic graphics.

If the production does wrap at the end of September, it is possible that we’ll get the season around August or September 2025. Let’s put it in November just to be safe, but 2025 is doable.
