Reacher is just one of the shows to watch on Prime Video to say goodbye to 2023

You don’t need to watch the Ball Drop if you don’t want. Saying goodbye to a year looks different to everyone, and some of us just want to watch shows and movies on Prime Video and other streaming platforms.

The good news is Amazon has some great picks across various genres. It doesn’t matter if you’re looking for something just for you and other adults in the house or if you need something suitable for younger members of the household.

Not sure where to start? There are a lot of picks, so we’ve narrowed it down to five to suit the different genres out there. Everything is free on Prime Video with your Prime membership.

Reacher

We have to start with the most recent Amazon Original Series. There are five episodes of Reacher Season 2 out so far, and this season is just as good (if not better!) than the first. Of course, you’ll want to start with the first season, though.

Lee Child’s drifter main character always finds himself in the middle of trouble. The first season starts with him being arrested for murder. It looks worse when he’s able to identify the victim immediately, but that’s because the victim is someone close to him and not because he did it. What is the conspiracy, and will Finlay trust Reacher and work with him?
