While last week was quiet on Prime Video, this week is not. Things start early in the week with some big releases. It doesn’t matter if you want comedy or action.
There are also some hot releases at the end of the week. Of course, there are still some great shows and movies to watch from the start of the month. This weekend could be a great time to binge the Mr. and Mrs. Smith series if you haven’t already.
But what is arriving as part of your Prime membership this week? Here’s everything to look out for.
Bottoms, This Is Me…Now: A Love Story, and more
The week starts off with some movies for Valentine’s Day. Bottoms is a top pick for a lot of people. PJ and Josie are best friends who are unpopular at high school. They decide to start a fight club to meet girls and lose their virginity. However, they soon end up in way over their heads. What happens in Fight Club stays in Fight Club. Except for when incidents happen at school, of course!
How about a movie that focuses on searching for love? Five Blind Dates is on Prime Video in time for Valentine’s Day, and this is a rom-com. When Lia learns that she will find her love in five dates, she decides to trust the prophecy and head out on a mission. After all, this isn’t about finding love. She also finds out that this soul mate will help her save her grandmother’s tea shop at the same time.
You think you know Jennifer Lopez’s story. Well, it’s time for her to tell it through a movie. This Is Me…Now: A Love Story is the Amazon Original release of the week that you won’t want to miss. It’s not on Prime Video in time for Valentine’s Day, but it is going to be worth the wait. It’s a highly visual and musical reimagining of J-Lo’s story.
