Most sold Amazon books last week: Crescent City series proves popular

There is no doubt that Sarah J. Maas is a popular author. She’s gained more readers thanks to BookTok, with her ACOTAR series being a popular suggestion to read. However, when it comes to the list of most sold Amazon books, it’s another one of her series that has proven popular.

It’s all about the Crescent City series of books. This starts with House of Earth and Blood, which gained eight places on the list of books. While it was the biggest mover up, it wasn’t the highest placed book in the series.

House of Flame and Shadow is the third book in the series. It moved up six places to take over seventh place on the list. Sandwiched between the two books is the ACOTAR book A Court of Mist and Fury, which held steady.

Crescent City Book 2 reenters, new James Patterson book enters

It isn’t all that surprising to see the second book in the Crescent City series now on the list. House of Sky and Breath reentered the list in 14th place. It’s sure to move up with the rest of the books.

Meanwhile, James Patterson got a new book on the list. It’s his novel with Brian Sitts called Holmes, Marple, & Poe. This entered in 15th place, knocking Butcher & Blackbird by Brynne Weaver down the list by two places.

None of This Is True by Lisa Jewell was one of the big movers of the week. It lost five places to get into 19th place, knocking The Housemaid’s Secret by Freida McFadden down a post to hold onto a place on the list of most sold Amazon books.
