Everything coming to Prime Video this week: Mr. and Mrs. Smith and more

As we end one month and start another, we see a large list of new releases on Prime Video. This week is on the quieter side to normal, though.

There isn’t anything else arriving throughout the rest of January. The premiere of Expats and the new episode of Hazbin Hotel were the last two new releases on the streamer. We have to wait until the end of the week as we get the start of February.

Mr. and Mrs. Smith is the biggest release this week

Sure, there are some great old-school movies dropping on Thursrsd, Feb. 1, but it’s the new Amazon Original series that is the biggest release of the lot. All eight episodes of the Mr. and Mrs. Smith series will arrive on Friday, Feb. 2. If you’re in North America, look out for the episodes to drop on Thursday night.

The series is a reboot of the 2005 movie starring Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. It follows two strangers who end up pulled into the word of spy work. They have to pretend to be married to carry out their mission, but what if they fail their marriage? What happens then?

There are also new episodes of Expats and Hazbin Hotel dropping on Prime Video on Friday. They’re more than worth the wait.

What about those old-school movies dropping on Thursday? The first two Scream movies will arrive. Now is the time to head back to where it all started as Sidney learned someone close to her was trying to kill her.

For the kids, Shrek Forever After is available to stream. You can also put on the second Madagascar movie for them, which takes the group of animals to Africa.

Want a romance as we enter the most romantic month of the year? Eat Pray Love is available to stream on Thursday, Feb. 1.
