Frasier revival and more coming to DVD and Digital this week

It’s a new week, and you know what that means. We get to add more shows and movies to our DVD and Digital collections.

This week is a quiet one on both fronts. Tuesday, May 21 sees just a handful of shows and movies, even when you combine the two types of releases. This is good news for those who wanted to buy more in the previous weeks, though. After all, there was a lot that came out last Tuesday.

Frasier revival, Betty’s Bad Luck in Love, and more

The big release of the week is the Frasier revival. The first season of the Paramount+ revival series is heading to DVD on Tuesday. You’ll want to make sure you have the full collection of the original series as well.

Kelsey Grammer returns as Frasier Crane, who is ready to start the next chapter of his life. He is back in Boston, and that returns brings plenty of new and familiar faces. You can also watch this series on Paramount+ via Amazon Channels.

Need a bit of romance in your life? Betty’s Bad Luck in Love comes to both DVD and Digital this week. The rom-com follows the titular Betty, who has had trouble in the romance department ever since she was a child. When she meets Alex, she decides that it may be worth trying just one more time. Could this one work out, or will she be forever cursed?

What about the action fans? Jean-Claude Van Damme has a new movie heading to Digital this week. It’s all about Darkness of Man, which follows Van Damme as Russel Hatch, an Interpol agent who has raised the son of an informant who was killed in a raid gone wrong. Years later, Jayden and his uncle end up dealing with a group of merciless gangs in a turf war, and it’s up to Russell to protect them.
