Bridgerton Season 3 will not be on Prime Video (but will it be on Amazon in another way?)
Are you ready to delve back into the world of Bridgerton? Of course you are! It’s been a long wait for this third season, and it’s almost over.
The first four episodes of Bridgerton Season 3 will drop on Thursday, May 16. The second half of the season will arrive a month later on Thursday, June 13. Of course, you’ll want to make sure you have everything you need to watch it straight away.
This season follows Penelope Featherington and Colin Bridgerton. Penelope is done waiting around for Colin. She is grasping life in her own hands, and that may give Colin the kick he needs to see that the women he loves is right in front of him.
Is Bridgerton Season 3 on Prime Video?
We do start with some bad news. As mentioned, Bridgerton Season 3 will not come to Prime Video for free with your Prime membership. Nor will it be on any of the Amazon Channels.
This is a Netflix series. The only place to watch it is on Netflix, and there’s no reason to think that Netflix and Amazon will ever share content. They are two of the biggest streamers.
Will Bridgerton Season 3 come to Amazon Instant Video?
There are times that Netflix Originals are released on Digital and DVD. We don’t expect that to be the case with Bridgerton, though. The previous two seasons haven’t been released in this way, so there’s no reason to think that the third season will be, either.
It doesn’t make sense for streamers to release their shows on Digital. This takes people away from the streaming platform. After all, you can buy episodes once and watch them over and over again on the go.
The DVD releases are a little different. After all, people still need streaming platforms to watch on the go. Netflix has released a few shows on DVD, but not Bridgerton. If you want to get anything from the series on Amazon, it’ll be the books.
