The end of the summer is almost here, and a lot of people are getting ready for the fall schedule on broadcast networks. Amazon still has some great content coming out in fall 2024. Which Amazon shows are you most excited to see?

Amazon doesn’t tend to reveal too many release dates ahead of time. However, there are some announced so that we can prepare and make sure we watch them as soon as they drop.

A Very Royal Scandal

There have been many scandals in English politics and the Royal Family. Off the back of the success of other “Scandal” shows on Prime Video, A Very Royal Scandal is coming out. This one follows the events of the Emily Maitlis and Prince Andrew interview in 2019, which led to many questions about what the Royal Family was willing to cover up when it came to Andrew’s actions.

Citadel: Diana

While Citadel didn’t quite deliver in the way it said it would, that’s not stopped us from being excited about the Italian series set within the same universe. We initially start in Milan, 2030, where Diana Cavalieri is an undercover Citadel agent within Manticore. With Citadel destroyed, she is stuck behind enemy lines, but can she find a way out?

Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity?

Do you like game shows? Were you a fan of the original Are You Smarter series? Well, it’s time to get the latest one. Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity is hosted by Travis Kelce, and it will see a contestant go up against celebrities from across different genres. Everyone needs to answer 11 questions pulled from the elementary curriculum in an attempt to win against $100,000.

Like a Dragon: Yakuza

If you were a fan of the Yakuza game series, you’ll may be ready for the TV series adaptation. Hopefully, this will be more like Fallout rather than Halo, where it offers something great for game fans and non-game fans. The series follows passionate gangers and people who live in a huge entertainment district. Very little has been shared about this series so far to keep it spoiler-free for all.

Like a Dragon: Yakuza arrives on Oct. 24, 2024.

Cross

One of the most highly anticipated shows coming to Prime Video in 2024 is Cross. Aldis Hodge will take on the titular role, playing a homicide detective and forensic psychologist. When there’s a serial killer leaving a string of bodies around, he will do everything he can to track down the killer and stop him. At the same time, he has a mystery from his own past to solve.
