The Wheel of Time Season 2 premieres tonight, but it’s not a full binge-watch. When will The Wheel of Time Season 2 finale air so you can stream it all?
Netflix completely changed the way we watched TV shows and many other streamers followed suit. We got the binge-watch release, allowing us to veg out in front of a TV for a whole day to see a story play out.
Amazon has been changing the way it does releases recently. The binge-watch model isn’t that great for shows, and the streamer has listened to creators. Instead of getting all episodes of The Wheel of Time Season 2 tonight, we’ll only get three episodes. The remaining episodes will be released on a weekly basis.
There are eight episodes in total. You’ll need to keep that in mind to work out when The Wheel of Time Season 2 finale will air on Prime Video.
The Wheel of Time Season 2 finale air date
While the weekly release format isn’t a favorite of everyone’s, it does help the show. It’s also much healthier for you as a viewer. On top of that, with the way that Amazon releases content weekly, we don’t have to wait too long to see the season finales.
The Wheel of Time Season 2 finale will air on Friday, Oct. 6. The good news is that the episode will drop at midnight UK time. You’ll want to look out for it at around 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT on Thursday, Oct. 5. There isn’t any guarantee of the early release, but it does tend to happen more than it doesn’t.
You can go into the season without worrying about the future of it. Amazon renewed it for a third season last year, and production started in April of this year. It may be delayed due to the strike action, but we don’t see Amazon “unrenewing” this show like it has done with others.
The Wheel of Time Season 2 airs Fridays on Prime Video.
