It’s going to be a competitive weekend in the theaters. Back on the Strip is the comedic movie going up against a couple of big hitters. You can’t see everything in the theaters (thanks to the cost of tickets and life in general!) so you need to pick and choose what you’ll watch and what you’ll wait for to come to streaming.

Even when you do see the movies in theaters, you’ll want to watch them again at home. That leads to still wondering where your favorites are going.

Back on the Strip follows Merlin, who moves back to Las Vegas when his relationship ends. He wants to follow the dream of becoming a magician but plans change when he ends up in a male strip club and realizes that there is a lot of money to be made.

Is Back on the Strip on Prime Video?

It’s hard to say where this movie is going to stream after its run in theaters. It is a Luminosity Entertainment production and distributed by the same company. While bigger studios have exclusive deals with streamers, the smaller ones tend to do this movie by movie.

So, we could see the comedy head to Prime Video in the future. It may not be the first streaming home, but it could end up there at some point in the next few years.

Is Back on the Strip on Amazon Video?

One thing we do know is that this movie is most likely going to head to Digital. This is a way for the smaller studios to make back the money on the release. The Digital release makes it possible for people to buy or rent. When you buy on Amazon Instant Video, the movie will be added to your Amazon Library. From there, you’ll be able to watch it as often as you want for as long as you have your Amazon account.

There isn’t a release date for this, though. It’s hard to say when the smaller studios will release movies on Digital. We tend to see them released to rent before they can be bought.
