You want to mae the most of any streaming platform that you have. That means knowing everything that is arriving from one week to the next. Prime Video has some great new arrivals throughout the week.
There really is something for everyone. There’s a new Amazon Original series to check out, a comedic movie that was out in theaters earlier this year, and so much more. Not sure where to start? We have you covered.
Shelter, Cocaine Bear, and more
Let’s start with the new Amazon Original series that’s heading out way. Harlan Coben has a new YA series, and Amazon picked up the rights to it. Shelter follows Mickey Bolitar, the teenage nephew of Myron, one of Coben’s favorites when it comes to protagonists.
Mickey has to deal with his mom going to rehab and his father dying. That’s when he’s sent to live with Myron, the uncle he doesn’t really know. Of course, that means switching high schools and making new friends. What else could go wrong? Well, this is a world that Harlan Coben has created, so there’s plenty that can and will go wrong.
There is also a new episode of The Summer I Turned Pretty and The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart. In fact, this week sees the release of The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 2 finale. Who will Belly choose between the brothers?
If you’re more in the mood for a horror comedy, Cocaine Bear is a must-watch. The movie follows a fictionalized telling of a true story when a bear eats a huge amount of cocaine and goes on a rampage. Nobody is safe.
