Summer was once a season Belly looked forward to. She enjoyed the trips to Cousins Beach, where she and her brother would hang out with the friends they made. This year is very different.

The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 2 picks up off the back of the first season. Susannah’s secret is out, and everyone is struggling how to take the news.

On top of that, Belly has to pick between two brothers. It turns out that both Conrad and Jeremiah want to be with her, and she knows she will need to break one of their hearts. She might want to talk to Elena Gilbert in The Vampire Diaries about that.

So, now that you’re ready for the new season to start, you’ll want to know how you’ll get to watch it. Is this an Amazon series that will be released weekly, or do we get to binge-watch the whole thing? Amazon has not been consistent with its releases, so it’s understandable that you’re not sure.

This is a weekly release. The first three episodes of The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 2 arrive on Friday, July 14. After that, we’ll get one episode per week throughout July and into August. The finale is set to air on Friday, Aug. 18. At least it’s still a summer watch.

If you do want to binge-watch the show, you’ll need to wait until August. Of course, I’d recommend staying away from social media ars people will talk about the episodes ars they air. Avoiding spoilers is on you.
