Who were Midge’s four husbands in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel?

In the final season of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, we find out that Midge has been married and divorced four times. Who were her husbands?

In the second flash-forward in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 5, we learn that Midge does remarry. And not to Joel this time! She gets married three more times to three more men. And she divorces each and every one of them.

Gordon Ford certainly seems to throw his hat into the ring to be at least a lover of Midge’s, but she turns him down. She wants to get on the show on her own merit—although it turns out to be with the help of his wife of all people! Does that open the door to the two of them starting a relationship?

Who does Midge marry in The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel?

We never get the answer to any of it, and that’s something I actually enjoy about the show. We don’t need to know it all.

We know Joel is one of the four husbands—and he is only counted once! It doesn’t seem like the two remarry by the end, either. In her final act, Midge says that she’s not sure she will ever remarry, but we know she will.

In the flash-forward in Episode 2, we see a series of photos of Midge with various men. They include Paul Simon, Robert Evans, and Quincy Jones.

These men could certainly end up being the other men Midge married, but there is no confirmation of that at any point in the series. We do see her on a wedding day, but it’s a day that is called off. She almost marries Philip Roth but decides not to at the last minute. She’s still in love with Joel.
