There were some unsurprising reentries on the list of most sold Amazon books last week. The Top 5 changed considerably.

The Last Thing He Told Me by Laura Dave didn’t hold onto the top spot for too long. It was knocked down two places last week, with Happy Place by Emily Henry taking over the top spot as it entered the list.

It wasn’t the only change in the Top 5, either. There were two unsurprising reentries high on the list, one of them a book from decades ago. The full list was packed with new additions all the way to the bottom.

The Hunger Games, Judy Blume books, and more

In fourth place, The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes by Suzanne Collins reentered the list. This wasn’t surprising at all when you consider the trailer for the movie is out. We’re sure to see the book drop off the list again suddenly and then reenter around November when the movie comes out.

In fifth place, it’s all about a book that is the inspiration for a current movie. Are You There God? It’s Me, Margaret by Judy Blume is a great coming of age story, and the movie adaptation is out in theaters to watch now. It’s not surprising to see people pick up the book again.

There were four other new additions further down the list. A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas is likely the most notable. The first novel in the series reentered a while back as fans get ready for the Hulu series, which isn’t even in production yet. The sequel has entered the list for the first time after being on the most read list for some time.
