The Boys Season 4 is not coming to Prime Video in May 2023

Things have been very quiet when it comes to Amazon’s superhero series. When is The Boys Season 4 coming to Prime Video? Is there any word?

We’re certainly ready to see what’s in store for The Boys next. Things looked like Vought had won yet again. Well, more importantly, it looked like Homelander had won. Soldier Boy didn’t manage to kill Homelander, Ryan chose his biological father, and Butcher found out that he was dying due to his use of the temporary Compound V formula.

On top of that, Queen Maeve is now powerless due to Soldier Boy’s abilities. It does mean that she gets to live a quiet life with her girlfriend, but she’s sure to wish that she had her powers at some point. Starlight still has her powers, but she’s no longer one of The Seven. She has officially joined the vigilantes and is viewed as a traitor.

What does this mean for the world? We’ll need to wait and see, but it’s still going to take some time. The Boys Season 4 is not on the list of May releases on Prime Video. When can we expect it?

When is The Boys Season 4 coming to Prime Video?

Amazon is being very quiet about its superhero series. As of right now, there isn’t a release date. We don’t even have a season. We know that the spin-off Gen V is set for release sometime this year, which would suggest that we’ll have to wait a little longer for The Boys. Would Amazon really want to release two big shows around the same time as each other?

Production has completed on The Boys Season 4, though. That means it’s in the post-production process, which can take eight months or so for a series like this. There is a lot of CGI to add in. We could be looking at the fall at the earliest.
