Citadel is the latest big-budget series heading to Prime Video. Now you’ll want to know how you get to watch the show. Will all six episodes arrive at once?

We are more than ready to see another big-budget series on Amazon. That series arrives at the end of the week. Citadel premieres, and it is not a show you’ll want to miss out on.

The series follows a spy agency that was disseminated when Manticore attacks. All members of the agency had to have their memories wiped to protect them, but that hasn’t stopped Manticore from attacking others. Now Citadel needs to get its agents back, and that means triggering memories.

Mason Kane is one of those agents. When he gets his memories back, he’s tasked to bring in his former partner, Nadia. Can the two remember all their training and protect the world from Manticore?

Citadel release schedule on Prime Video

Now you’ll want to know how the series is released. After all, Amazon doesn’t release content in a uniform way. Some shows are released weekly, while others come as a binge-watch. Citadel is one of those shows that is getting a bit of a hybrid release.

The first two episodes will arrive on Friday, April 28. After that, we’ll get one episode per week. There are six episodes to the story, with the final episode dropping on Friday, May 26. Yes, this is the same date as The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel series finale. May is not a disappointing month.

May 26 is the date you need to keep in mind if you prefer to binge-watch the show. It’s worth watching the episodes on Thursday as in North America, most shows on Amazon drop Thursday night instead of Friday morning.
