Is Evil Dead Rise on Amazon?

Evil Dead Rise is the latest of the Evil Dead movies to come to theaters. Will you be able to stream it on Prime Video? What about on Amazon Video?

If you’re a fan of the Evil Dead franchise, you’ll be happy to hear that there is another movie. The trailer looks amazing, and you may have headed straight to the theaters to check out the release this weekend.

The movie theaters were a little crowded with choices this weekend, though. So, you may have decided to wait until a few of them head to streaming services. Just which one is Evil Dead Rise going to head to, and will you be able to watch it on Amazon in any way?

Is Evil Dead Rise on Prime Video?

The first place you’ll want to check is Prime Video, Amazon’s streaming platform. This is where we have a little bit of bad news. The horror movie is a Warner Bros. movie, which means it is not going to Prime Video at first. It could do later, though.

It will head to HBO Max first—or Max as it’s changing its name to. This is where we have some great news. HBO Max is one of the Amazon Channels, so you’ll be able to get the Channel for a small addition to be able to watch the movie and more.

Is Evil Dead Rise on Amazon Video?

Warner Bros. movies that head to theaters do head to Digital. This means you’ll be able to buy or rent the movie on Amazon Instant Video. When you buy, there is no need for a streaming subscription. It will be added to your Amazon Library so you can watch as often as you want.

This movie is coming to Digital in the near future. It could be as soon as next month.
