Invincible Season 2 is not coming to Prime Video in April 2023

It’s been a very long wait for Invincible Season 2, and that wait continues. When will we get to see the animated series return?

April 2023 marks two years since Invincible debuted on Prime Video. We very quickly learned that there would be a second season. In fact, we learned there would be a third season. Now we’re waiting for the seasons.

The wait for Season 2 continues. If there wasn’t already a third season confirmed, there’s no doubt that a lot of fans would be worried about the fate of the show. After all, we saw Hunters and Carnival Row canceled after two seasons partly due to the long wait for the episodes.

Invincible Season 2 is not going to arrive on Prime Video in April 2023. When will we get the new episodes?

When will Invincible Season 2 premiere on Prime Video?

The wait won’t be over for some time. Right now, all we do know is that the episodes will arrive at some point this year. The show dropped a teaser of sorts, poking fun at itself for the long wait. In that, we learned that the episodes would arrive at some point in 2023, but we don’t have an exact date just yet.

Creator Robert Kirkman has settled a few concerns about the next season. There won’t be as long of a wait for Season 3. Production is already underway for that season. He hasn’t shared where about in the production process the season is.

Part of the problem with Invincible‘s filming is getting the high-profile cast together. Especially Steven Yeun! He is one busy actor. In fact, if you’re looking for something with him in it right now, you can watch Nope on Prime Video or you can check out BEEF on Netflix.
