Will Class of ’07 be renewed for Season 2? (Is Class of ’07 canceled?)

Class of ’07 is a fun binge-watch on Prime Video right now. By the end of the story, you’ll want to know one thing: is there a second season?

Over the course of eight episodes, we watched how women would likely survive an apocalypse. Okay, not just any women. These were all women who went to school together. They had their own trauma from high school and had their own issues with each other.

By the end of the season, we saw some of the women sail off in the hope of finding people. At the same time, we watched as a group of boys found the island to call home. Would the remaining women allow something like that to happen? Not at all!

Will Class of ’07 Season 2 happen at Prime Video?

Now we need to see another season to see what’s to come next. The final episode left us with a lot of questions about how the women would survive for another few weeks until the crops grew back. We were left with a lot of questions about who was actually left out there with the water levels at a ridiculously high rate.

As of right now, Amazon has not renewed or canceled the series. It’s not surprising that we haven’t heard any news yet. The series only just dropped, and it was a binge-watch instead of a weekly release. Amazon will want to see how many people binge-watched the entire season in one sitting and how long it takes people to get through the last few episodes.

There aren’t enough ratings yet for the Critic Score on Rotten Tomatoes, but the Audience Score is great at 96%. The series has certainly gained a lot of great reviews for its humorous but also uplifting and very real storylines about survival. We’re ready for a second season when Amazon decides it’s worth it.
