Is Agreus in Carnival Row Season 2?

When Imogen learned of the financial troubles in the first season of Carnival Row, she decided to turn to Agreus for help. He saw through her introduction, but he made it clear that he would help if she was willing to actually welcome him into the neighborhood.

She did, and it started a romance between the two. Imogen learned a lot about the fae, and in the end, she and Agreus ran away from The Burgue. Agreus made it clear they would not go back to port as they were being called back. It was time for them to find somewhere new.

Will Agreus return in Carnival Row Season 2?

Will we get more of this love story? You bet it! David Gyasi is back for Carnival Row Season 2 as Agreus, the faun with a lot of money.

We’ll initially get to see him and Imogen spend time together on a ship. It’s clear that Imogen doesn’t want their peace to end, and she’s scared of her brother. That’s all going to change at the end of the first episode.

We get a chance to see the two of them in the promo for the season. Agreus learns that his own people are being executed without trial, and that’s something that hurts him. They at least deserve a fair trial, right? Then there’s a point in the promo where it looks like he’s being arrested and he and Imogen are being separated.

Is it possible that he’ll end up arrested by those in The Burgue just for being a faun? With the way things are going with the humans, that wouldn’t be too surprising.
