Hunters Season 2 finally gets a release date on Prime Video

It’s been a long wait for Hunters Season 2. That wait is almost at an end. Amazon has finally confirmed the release date on Prime Video.

We’ve had a very long wait for any sort of news about Hunters Season 2. We had hoped the season would arrive in 2022, but now we know that is definitely not the case. The good news is Amazon has finally confirmed the date.

We also know now that this is definitely going to be the last season. There was some speculation around this considering how quiet the series has been during filming and post-production. It joins Carnival Row, which has also been confirmed as ending with Season 2.

When will Hunters Season 2 come to Prime Video?

TVLine reports that Hunters Season 2 will begin streaming on Friday, Jan. 13. What hasn’t been made clear is whether it’s a premiere or if all episodes will be available to binge-watch. When Carnival Row‘s release date for Season 2 was announced, it came with the confirmation that the show would arrive weekly, so we may be able to assume that this Nazi-hunting series will be a binge-watch.

The season will take place in two timelines. The first is in 1979, picking up off the back of the events from the first season. The team of American hunters will need to head to Europe if they want to stop the Fourth Reich from taking over.

The other timeline is in the past. This will allow Al Pacino to return. We know Pacino’s character, who turned out to be the Nazi commander known as The Wolf, was killed at the end of the first season. However, the series clearly didn’t want to get rid of him.

Hunters Season 2 will be on Prime Video on Friday, Jan. 13.
