Carnival Row Season 2 is not coming in November 2022

The closer we get to the end of the year, the more we fear Carnival Row Season 2 won’t arrive on Prime Video in 2022. It’s definitely not coming this month.

We’ve been holding onto hope that Carnival Row Season 2 would arrive in 2022. We had heard previously that would be the case, and there is still time. There is still one month of the year left after this one.

What we do know right now is that the second season of the fantasy series is not arriving in November. It’s nowhere on the list of arrivals on Prime Video, and that’s not entirely surprising. We expected a trailer or confirmed premiere date if it was going to arrive this month.

When will Carnival Row Season 2 come to Prime Video?

So, now, all we want to know is when the series will head to Prime Video. The bad news is that we still don’t have any idea about that. If you’re worried that we’re just not going to get to see this season, you’re not alone. Apparently, there are still plans to bring it to us. It’s just not clear what the hold-up is here.

Production was completed back in September 2021. Yes, shows like this require a lot of post-production work, but we didn’t expect more than 12 months to be needed. Maybe we should have, though. The first season wrapped filming in March 2018 but wasn’t released on Prime Video until August 2019.

At one point, there were plans to release the first five episodes of the season and then bring the remaining four episodes. That doesn’t seem to be the plan anymore. Amazon is just being silent about everything regarding this series.
