There’s a new illustrated Harry Potter book out. It’s really not that surprising to see it enter the list of most sold Amazon books last week.

The Harry Potter books remain popular, and each book is slowly getting its own illustrated edition. The latest one is Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, and it’s not surprising that it’s immediately made it to the list of most sold Amazon books.

It enters just outside the Top 10, but this could be due to the lack of promotion. My local bookstore is usually all about Harry Potter and I didn’t realize this was coming out. There’s a chance many others haven’t and opted to buy it this week now they know it’s out.

Fire & Blood up, Righteous Prey down

Something else that isn’t surprising is Fire & Blood by George R.R. Martin moving up the list. The novel is the book House of the Dragon is based on. That series aired its Season 1 finale on Oct. 23, and now everyone will want the book to see where the story goes from here. What is next for Rhaenyra and Daemon as the Greens take over Westeros?

While that moved up, Righteous Prey by John Sandford moved down. It just holds onto a place in the Top 15, but we could see it drop off the list this week. That’s despite it moving up the list of most read books during the week.

There were two other new additions during the week. Long Shadows by David Baldacci entered in the Top 5, while The Maze by Nelson DeMille entered in seventh place.
