Will Samaritan come to DVD and Blu-ray?

If you’re in the mood for a superhero action movie, Samaritan is going to be for you. The new Sylvester Stallone movie is now available to stream on Prime Video.

Of course, not everyone wants to keep their Amazon Prime subscription running. You want to switch between all the different platforms or just save the money for other hobbies. You still want to watch your favorite movies and shows. If this has become one, you’ll want to get it on DVD and Blu-ray.

Samaritan may come to DVD and Blu-ray

It is possible that Samaritan will come to DVD and Blu-ray at some point. This honor is usually given to the movies that head to theaters and don’t go straight to series, but this one is special. The movie was originally scheduled to head to theaters, just like Cinderella. We saw the latter eventually get a DVD release date, which could mean this one gets one too.

When could it come to DVD and Blu-ray? It’s hard to say as Amazon isn’t consistent. DVDReleases.com states that it’s coming to DVD and Blu-ray on Dec. 5, but this is unlikely. For one, Dec. 5 is a Monday, and all DVD releases happen on a Tuesday. There are no other sources that give us a date right now.

It took nine months for Cinderella to go from Prime Video to DVD. We’re likely looking at something similar for this latest action movie. With that in mind, we’re looking at May 2023 as a DVD release date. It should release on both DVD and Blu-ray if Cinderella is anything to judge.
