If you’re ready for a new horror, you want to turn to Jordan Peele’s Nope. It’s now out in theaters, but when can you add it to your DVD collection?

When it comes to a Jordan Peele movie, you know you’ll want to own it on DVD and Blu-ray. Of course, you’ll head to theaters first. But this is a movie you want in your collection to watch whenever you want.

So, it’s time to look at when Jordan Peele’s Nope is heading to DVD and Blu-ray. The movie has only just come to theaters, so we don’t have a DVD release date just yet. That doesn’t mean we can’t look at predicting when we will see it arrive.

Jordan Peele’s Nope DVD release date predictions

This is a Universal Pictures movie, which tells us a lot about the release. Universal Pictures movies are taking about six weeks to go from theaters to DVD. We just have to look at The 355 and Firestarter to get this idea.

We’re sure to see something similar happen here. That suggests we’re looking at Jordan Peele’s Nope heading to DVD and Blu-ray around the beginning of September. If we had to put a date on it, we’d say around Tuesday, Sept. 6.

The Digital release is going to be earlier based on most other Universal Pictures releases. We’ll probably see it a couple of weeks earlier. The movies have been disrupted with the change of streaming service they’re now going to. Universal Pictures movies are heading to Peacock 45 days after the theatrical releases, which is affecting the Digital releases.

We’ll be sure to keep an eye on the release plans for this movie. After all, fans of Get Out and Us will want to add it to their DVD collections.
