When is The 355 on DVD and Blu-ray?

The 355 is one of the first movies of 2022 in theaters. Don’t want to head there just yet? When can you own The 355 on DVD and Blu-ray?

With the way the current COVID-19 variant is going, there are chances you don’t want to head to theaters. In some cases, your local movie theaters are going to be closed. So you need to wait for the movies to head to DVD and Blu-ray to watch.

The 355 will get a DVD release date in the future. It stars Jessica Chastain, Penelope Cruz, and many other outstanding female actresses in an action movie. Think Charlie’s Angels without Charlie and with women from different countries coming together to protect the world.

While the movie has received mixed reviews, you may have enjoyed it in the theaters. Or maybe you just think you will because you like cheesy action movies. So, you want to get it on DVD and Blu-ray.

The 355 DVD release date predictions

We don’t have a DVD release date just yet. The movie has just come to theaters, so that’s ot all too surprising. We have to look at other movies from the same production studio to get an idea of the release date.

It’s a Universal Pictures movie, so we can look at the likes of Old and Candyman to get an idea. It is worth noting that the changes due to the recent variant may speed up the DVD release process.

It’s taken a little less than three months for both the horror movies to make it to DVD and Blu-ray. We can look at something similar as a rough guide for The 355. With the Jan. 7 theatrical release, we’re possibly looking at around March 28 or April 5 for it to head to DVD and Blu-ray.

The Digital release will likely be a week or two earlier than that. However, I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw the Digital release a lot earlier to counter the recent shutdowns around the world.
