Is a new episode of The Boys on tonight? (July 15)

For the last few weeks, we’ve followed the story of Soldier Boy and his revenge against Payback. Will the story in The Boys Season 3 continue tonight?

With the way things ended in the previous episode, there’s no doubt that you want more. There is some bad news about The Boys to come, though. It’s not all terrible news, but it’s not the best news that you would like to hear.

There isn’t a new episode of the series on tonight. This is it for new episodes for a while. The good news is you can head to Prime Video and rewatch all 24 episodes of the series currently available.

Why isn’t there a new episode of The Boys on tonight?

The bad news is that last week was The Boys Season 3 finale. That’s why there was so much at stake, and why there was such a huge cliffhanger. We’re used to The Boys ending with a lot of questions for the next season.

Season finales are necessary. They just come around a lot sooner now than they used to. That’s just the way streaming platforms handle things, keeping seasons short instead of stretching things out to 24 episodes with some filler content here and there.

When will new episodes of The Boys return?

We do have a little bit of good news. Prime Video has already renewed the series for a fourth season. All the questions we have after that epic finale will be answered. Well, okay, the majority of them will be. There are always questions left in the air.

What we don’t know is when the new episodes will air. Filming and editing still need to happen. We are likely looking at sometime around fall 2023 for the new episodes to arrive.
