The Boys Season 3, Episode 6 was supposed to be about Herogasm, but there was a lot more going on. That may include the death of another Supe.

Throughout The Boys Season 3, A-Train has had one thing held over him: his health. Due to the drug he took to keep his speed up, his heart is failing. His brother warned him that if he used his superspeed, he would likely die.

Of course, we knew this had to come up at some point. You just don’t add something like that into the story and then not use it. It all came up in “Herogasm,” as A-Train decided to get revenge against Blue Hawk.

Did A-Train die in The Boys?

During the episode, A-Train went to Ashley to deal with Blue Hawk. With his brother now paralyzed, A-Train wants justice. Of course, it’s only important when it comes to someone he loves, and that’s something Ashley points out.

So, A-Train takes matters into his own hands. He finds out that Blue Hawk is at the TNT Twins’ Herogasm celebration and heads there. Once A-Train finds Blue Hawk, he grabs the Supe and uses his superspeed to kill him. We get confirmation that Blue Hawk is dead, but what about A-Train?

After killing Blue Hawk, A-Train’s heart gives out and he collapses. It looks like A-Train is dead, but we’ve seen fake-outs before, and that’s especially the case with Eric Kripke when you look at his other shows. There is a good chance that A-Train isn’t dead, but is taken by ambulance to a Vought hospital to get medical treatment.

However, this is likely the end of A-Train’s run with The Seven. This Supe team can’t stay together, can it?
