The Wilds Season 2 release date confirmed by Prime Video

After a lot of teases, The Wilds Season 2 finally has a release date. Get ready for the new season and new (male) castaways coming to us in May 2022.

We’ve waited an extremely long time to find out what’s next for our favorite female castaways. There have been teases of a release date or a trailer coming for a while. It’s not like filming is still happening!

Prime Video has finally given us a release date. We also get to know a little about what to expect in The Wilds Season 2, including a look at the male castaways who are part of the Twilight of Adam experiment.

Get May 6 in your diary. TVLine suggests that the full season is dropping as a binge-watch. We’re certainly happy about that considering the intensity of this series. The second season promises to be just as intense.

The show shared the update on Twitter. This was as a video that includes some of scenes from the upcoming season.

We’re not just going to check in on the girls. There is also a group of teenage boys to check in on. We found out about them when Leah managed to break into the control room. She saw security cameras checking in on the group of teenage boys. And it looked like they were working together for survival while they waited for rescue.

Of course, we know that the accident wasn’t quite an accident. It was planned to see how women could work together in a time of crisis. However, things went wrong with the female group when the only adult in the group (passing as a teen) was injured and died of internal bleeding. It doesn’t look like that happened to the boys.

There are also a lot of questions still about the girls. What happened to Martha? When did Rachel lose her hand? What happened to Shelby for her to decide to shave her head?

And we will get to meet the boys. They are the following:
