It’s time for a new week, which means it’s time to look back at the list of most read Amazon books last week. The Eye of the World was the biggest fall of the week, and there was one new addition.

One thing that isn’t all that surprising is that The Eye of the World by Robert Jordan has started to fall. The Wheel of Time aired its first season finale back in December. While we know there is a second season, readers will be taking their time deciding on whether they want to read the books or familiarize themselves with the next books first, or whether they want to wait for the season to arrive.

Plus, those who did decide to read the books after watching the show will be getting to the end of the first epic novel. So, of course, it was going to be the biggest mover on the list, losing five places.

It is worth noting that the fourth novel, The Shadow Rising by Robert Jordan, did gain a spot on the list. Yet, the second book, The Great Hunt dropped off the list.

Quicksilver by Dean Koontz enters, Outlander holds the top spot

There was one new addition on the list of most read Amazon books last week. Quicksilver by Dean Koontz joined, but only in 20th place. We’re sure to see that move up the list in the coming weeks. After all, it entered on the list of most sold books strong during the previous week.

A notable mention is Go Tell the Bees That I Am Gone by Diana Gabaldon. The ninth Outlander book continues to hold the top spot on the list. Is there anything that will knock this book down?

We did see some Harry Potter books move up along with Apples Never Fall by Liane Moriarty. Most of the list remained the same from the previous week.
