The Boys Presents: Diabolical release date, cast, trailer, synopsis, and more

Amazon has had massive success with the superhero seriesThe Boys. So, it was no surprise when it was announced that there would be two spin-offs of this show. The adult animated series, The Boys Presents: Diabolical, will be the first to release.
The spin-off will take place in The Boys universe, which is based on the comic book by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson. Fans of the franchise will be happy to know that Ennis is one of the writers for The Boys Presents: Diabolical. The spin-off gets its name from The Boys character Billy Butcher’s (Karl Urban) famous catchphrase.
The Boys third season will release on Amazon on June 3 and the second spin-off, G-Men, is a live-action series described as a college show that meets Hunger Games. G-Men does not have a release date yet.
The Boys Presents: Diabolical release date
Amazon will release Season 1 of The Boy Presents: Diabolical on Friday, March 4. This will be an anthology series with the first season consisting of eight episodes with runs times between 12 and 14 minutes.

The all-star lineup for this series includes Awkwafina, Ilana Glazer, Andy Samberg, Aisha Tyler, Evan Goldberg, and Seth Rogen.
The Boys Presents: Diabolical trailer
The trailer is the first look at Laser Baby and shows Looney Toons-inspired animation, but the storyline is far from kid-friendly. A sweet, innocent-looking baby sneezes, which activates her laser eyes, which then graphically mutilates a group of Vought guards. She crawls away, following a red balloon leaving a trail of blood in her wake.
The Boys Presents: Diabolical synopsis
The series is described as fun-sized episodes that will each have their own animation style and tell unseen stories from The Boys universe. This anthology style will most certainly introduce viewers to a whole new batch of characters.
