Most sold Amazon books last week: The Witcher book reenters high
The last week of 2021 saw the first The Witcher book reenter the list of most sold Amazon books. Here’s a look at the full list from the week.
There was plenty of movement on the list of most sold Amazon books in the week after Christmas. However, there weren’t many new books on the list.
We start with the fact that The Witcher was the highest new addition, and it wasn’t really a new book. With the release of Season 2 on Netflix, the first book in the series reentered the list in second place.
We’ll possibly see the book remain on the list for another week. However, The Witcher books tend to slip quickly with so many changes to the Netflix series.
Outlander Book 9 down, Seven Husbands up
The Wheel of Time‘s first book gained five places during the week. The Eye of the World by Robert Jordan made it into fourth place. It marks the end of the first season, and it will be interesting to see if the second book enters the list soon.
It wasn’t the only book to see a healthy increase. The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid also gained five spots. It’s back in the Top 10.
The Stranger in the Lifeboat by Mitch Albom saw the biggest drop, loving five places and landing outside the Top 15. However, it’s the ninth Outlander book’s drop that will be disappointing for some. Go Tell the Bees That I Am Gone by Diana Gabaldon lost three places, narrowly holding onto a place in the Top10.
There was just one new book on the list. American Girl by Wendy Walker is a new Audible Original book and entered in 13th place.
