It’s a new week, which means there are some changes to the list of most read Amazon books. Dune unsurprisingly moved up the list.

Dune by Frank Herbert moving up the list is not surprising at all. The movie has just been released in theaters, and there are going to be a lot of people wanting to see how the movie adapted the book.

The movement up put it in first place. Apples Never Fall by Liane Moriarty did move down, but only one spot. It holds onto second place, with the Harry Potter books remaining steady for the most part. One of them dropped out of the Top 10.

The Judge’s List by John Grisham enters

There were two news book on the list of most read Amazon books last week.

John Grisham’s new novel The Judge’s List entered in ninth place. This is pretty standard for a new Grisham book. There are fans of his who will immediately buy and read.

We sometimes see the books climb a little on the list. They tend to stay on the list for a few weeks, but don’t stay for as long as the Harry Potter books or some of the other releases.

State of Terror by Louise Penny and Hillary Rodham Clinton entered in 13th place. There’s a chance this will move up considering how it’s performed on the list of most sold books.

The Lincoln Highway by Amor Towles gets a worthy mention, though. It gained four places on the list, getting into seventh place. This isn’t surprising with its placement on the list of most sold Amazon books recently.
