A new Tuesday brings more movies and shows on DVD and Blu-ray. The Suicide Squad is among the big releases of this week. Take a look at the full list.

There are nine titles heading to DVD and Blu-ray this week. The Suicide Squad is likely the one you’re paying most attention to. It’s the sequel we didn’t realize we actually wanted.

Margot Robbie, Idris Elba, John Cena, and Joel Kinnaman star in this superhero movie. Inmates from Belle Reve are recruited for a clandestine mission. They need to eradicate a Nazi-era prison on the island of Corto Maltese. They soon realize, though, that their mission is a suicide one. Nobody cares if they survive.

Walker, New Amsterdam, and more

There are a number of TV shows getting a DVD and Blu-ray release this week. Walker Season 1 is one of them that you’ll want to pay attention to. You can get it just in time for the second season to arrive on The CW. You’ll want to binge you way through the season.

Jared Padalecki stars in the rebooted series. It brings a mixture of drama and family moments, and yes, there are some cliche moments that all CW shows have.

New Amsterdam Season 4 has already premiered, but you’ll soon get your hands on Season 3 on Blu-ray. The third season is set in a time of COVID-19, although it’s mostly the aftermath of dealing with changes to protocols and getting the vaccine out there.

If you’re into horror movies, Don’t Breathe 2 is out on DVD this week. The sequel follows our blind vet, Norman Nordstrom. Years after that deadly home invasion, he’s now living in isolation with a young orphan who lost her family in a fire. When the girl is kidnapped, Norman goes on a mission to save her.
