Is Jack Ryan Season 4 coming in 2021?

We now know that Jack Ryan Season 4 is officially happening at Amazon Prime Video. Will we see the new season sometime in 2021?

There has been some exciting developments about Jack Ryan recently. We know that Jack Ryan Season 4 is happening, and we also know that Michael Peña has joined the series. Peña’s role has been undisclosed at this time.

TVLine has also reported that Abbie Cornish will return to the series. She played Cathy Mueller in the first season and hasn’t been seen since, but we’ll see her in Season 4.

Now we just need to know when Jack Ryan Season 4 is going to happen. Will we see it arrive on Amazon this year?

Jack Ryan Season 4 is not coming to Amazon in 2021

Let’s be honest; there’s no way we can get the fourth season this year. We’re still waiting for Jack Ryan Season 3! Amazon isn’t going to release two seasons of one show within a month of each other.

In fact, Season 3 doesn’t have a premiere date. We don’t know if it will arrive in 2021, let alone the fourth season!

What about 2022? This is a little more doable. With the early renewal and clearly some filming starting to happen because of casting, there’s a good chance that things will wrap up in time for the end of next year.

The exact release date will depend partly on post-production and partly on the release of the third season. Amazon may want to hold off until 2023 for the scheduling of all original content. Things have been thrown off for everything with the pandemic so there is a lot of new content to arrive throughout 2022 and 2023.
