It’s almost time to watch another horror movie adapted into a TV series. I Know What You Did Last Summer will be on Amazon tonight.

We’ll get to watch the first four episodes of the series on Amazon Prime Video tonight. The official release date if Friday, Oct. 15, but this is a global original. That means the release time is midnight GMT, and time zones work in our favor.

Keep a lookout for the episodes to drop at 7 p.m. ET on Thursday, Oct. 14. That means 4 p.m. if you’re on the west coast.

Of course, there’s no guarantee that the release will happen early. This is just the usual way of doing things on Amazon Prime Video. If the series isn’t available, it will be around by midnight local.

What to expect on I Know What You Did Last Summer

The series follows a bunch of teens who hit and kill a man accidentally one night. Rather than go to the cops, they decide to hide the body and agree to never talk about it again.

However, the following year, someone makes it clear they know all about what the teens did. Naturally, the teenagers things that it’s one of them. It has to be, right? Who else could know? When they start getting killed off one by one, they’ll soon realize that there is someone else who knows.

Sound familiar? Yes, it is based on the 1997 movie of the same name starring Jennifer Love Hewitt. It’s also based on the same book that the movie was based on.

Four episodes are available tonight. There are eight episodes in total on I Know What You Did Last Summer, with the rest of them getting a weekly release. The season finale will air on Friday, Nov. 12.
