More than 60 new titles are on Amazon Prime Video today
We’re starting a new month as we head into the weekend. There’s plenty to check out, with 65 titles being added to Amazon Prime Video today.
The first of the month is a great time to have your Amazon Prime Video subscription. It’s the day that the large drop happens, and that’s certainly the case for Oct. 1.
There are 65 new titles joining the streaming platform today. We also have a great mixture of Amazon Originals, old-school horror movies, and Amazon Channels samples. You’ve got plenty to work through during the weekend and the rest of the month.
Bingo Hell, Black as Night, Hightown, and more
We start with the Amazon Originals joining the streamer. Two of them are highly anticipated horror movies that make up the Welcome to Blumhouse chapter for 2021.
Bingo Hell is all about a set of senior citizens looking to save their bingo hall. Black as Night is a vampire movie that sees a shy teen gain extra confidence.
There are other great horror movies to check out, too. Look out for Exorcist: The Beginning, Resident Evil: Retribution, and The Grudge 2. If you’re not into horror, there are still some great movies. The Die Hard franchise is available and you can check out movies like Fight Club and Atonement.
What about the Amazon Channels samples? There are a few options to check out, including the first season of Hightown. The STARZ series’s second season will premiere during the month so this is the perfect time to binge-watch the first. You’ll then need a STARZ subscription to watch the second season.
When Hope Calls Season 1 is available to give you a look at the When Calls the Heart spin-off. This is going to be on minds with the recent news that Lori Loughlin is reprising her role of Abigail on the second season arriving in December.
