When is Lucifer Season 6 coming to DVD and Blu-ray?

Lucifer Season 6 is now available to stream on Netflix, but we’re expecting it to arrive on DVD and Blu-ray. When will that be?

Seasons of Lucifer go to DVD and Blu-ray. This is despite it now being a Netflix Original Series.

Originally, the show aired on FOX, and all broadcast shows head to DVD (and sometimes Blu-ray) due to the way production studios want to make money. On top of that, this series is a Warner Bros. show, and the majority of Warner Bros. shows, even Netflix ones, head to DVD and Blu-ray.

However, there is a delay now. While the DVDs used to be released in the summer after the season finales, they now get held for some time. Lucifer Season 5 hasn’t even got a DVD release date yet, but we’re looking at when the sixth and final season will arrive.

When is Lucifer Season 6 on DVD and Blu-ray?

We’re looking at waiting at least a year for the release. Lucifer Season 4 came to DVD and Blu-ray about a year after the Netflix release. We’re expecting the same for both Seasons 5 and 6.

Now Season 5 did get a different type of release on Netflix with the season split in two parts. However, it doesn’t look like there’s a plan to release the two parts individually on DVD. Instead, it looks like the aim is to release the season around May 2022.

As for Lucifer Season 6, we’re looking at sometime in September 2022. That would be a year from the release of the full final season on Netflix.

Some Netflix shows don’t get bonus features on the DVDs. However, we’ll likely see gag reels and deleted scenes for this devilish series. There may also be some bonus featurettes to say goodbye to the cast and the characters from the series.

Lucifer Season 6 is likely coming to DVD in September 2022.
